TERMS & CONDITIONS – Contest

Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited (“ZEEL”) is organising an contest named ‘Raymond Stylish Nayok in Association with Zee Bangla’ (hereinafter referred to as “Contest”) on its channel “Zee Bangla” and any person 18 years and above of age (herein referred as “Participant”) who is a resident of West Bengal can participate in the Contest via Whatsapp / QR Code platform (“Entry Platform”).

1. The Contest shall be announced as follows: a) Dance Bangla Dance Integration – Phase 1 (Airing on 10th August) b) Artist Vignette (On-Air: 10th August) A 20-second call-to-action vignette featuring Shakyajit & Swayambhu, driving participation through their signature charm and screen presence. c) Didi No 1 – Anchor Mentions and Pujo Sunday Special episodes – From 17th August d) Store Visits by the celebrities to The Raymond Shop e) Posts on Zee social pages and Zee 5 at the sole discretion of ZEE. 
   
   

2. The Contest shall start daily from August 10, 2025 till September 18, 2025. It is further clarified that the contest timing for each day is from 12:00 noon to 12 midnight (“Contest Term”) 

3. The Contest can be participated and is valid within the territory of state of West Bengal as well as neighbouring states - Orissa, Sikkim, Assam, Meghalaya, Tripura, Arunachal Pradesh only.

4. The Participants need to a) Scan the QR code or send a WhatsApp message to the contest number ____________ as provided by ZEE and b) Submit the following details: Full Name, Age, Contact Number, Raymond Shop Location (from where purchase was made), A selfie/photo in their best ethnic or stylish outfit, Photo of the Raymond purchase bill etc.. (“Valid Entry”)

6. Each Participant can make only one Valid Entries. 

7. The Participants must understand and agree that he/she has to share their name, age, location and gender on the WhatsApp number provided before submitting his/her Valid Entry.  

8. The Participant(s) will not make any defamatory statement against ZEEL in any forum/media including but not limited to social media platforms/ press conference / public forum.

9. The further Audition process shall be as follows: Stage 1 – Initial Shortlist (Top 50): The Participants will be judged based on Look & Style. 50 (Fifty) contestants will be shortlisted from across districts of Bengal, Orissa, Sikkim, Assam, Meghalaya, Tripura, Arunachal Pradesh to ensure regional representation. Stage 2 – Video Submission (Top 50 to Top 20): The shortlisted 50 will be asked to submit a 1-minute video showcasing: a) Their personality b) Communication skills c) Confidence d) Style and screen presence.  Stage 3 – Grand Finale Selection (Top 20): The Top 20 contestants will be selected to walk the Grand Finale Ramp at Maddox Square Pujo, based on: a) Look & Style, b) Confidence c) Communication Skills d) Overall Personality.  Stage 4- Finally One Winner will be selected at Grand Finale of Raymond Stylish Nayak who can get a chance to act in Zee Bangla Fiction Show.
10. There is no entry fees for participating in the Contest.
11. ZEEL makes no representation or warranty with respect to quality or functionality of the Entry Platform.

12. Technology Limitations - ZEEL, all participating sponsors, and any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, professional advisors, employees and agencies shall not be responsible for:

13. ZEEL reserves the right to terminate, extend and/or change the terms of this Contest and/or any part thereof at any time in its absolute discretion. ZEEL also reserves the right to accept or reject any or all any final results at its absolute discretion without assigning any reason whatsoever. Information regarding such cancellation and/or extension and/or discontinuation and/or changes will however be announced as per ZEEL’s discretion. 

14. This Contest is a promotional activity for the Program and only for a limited period of time and it is ZEEL’s discretion to continue or to stop such activity at its own discretion.

15. ZEEL may promote this Contest through the medium of any TV Channel including but not limited to Zee Bangla, website, print media (newspapers), television (promos, Astons, bugs etc.), digital media/ online and any other manner as shall deem fit by ZEEL, at its sole discretion,

16. ZEEL shall not be responsible if any Valid Entry is not received due to any technical error / disruption and/or connection failure and/or electricity failure and/or for any other difficulties of such nature and/or for any other reason whatsoever.

17. If any fraudulent incident happens to the Participant, during audition / making Valid Entry for the Contest and for which the participant faces any loss/ injury/ mental disturbance, ZEEL shall not be held responsible or accountable for any expenses, loss, injury or any other liability which may arise.

18. The Participants shall indemnify and hold ZEEL harmless, its group companies, affiliates and subsidiaries and their respective officers, directors and employees, against any loss that may occur to them due to non-adherence of these terms and conditions by the viewers while they cast their vote for their favourite categories / nominations amongst the given options in each category.

19. For avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that apart from the Gratification, the Winner shall be not entitled for any other gratification/ opportunity whether monetary or otherwise. Notwithstanding anything contained herein these Terms and Conditions, the Company shall have the sole discretion to choose and finalize the form of the Gratification and the Participant shall have no claim in any manner whatsoever in this relation (if applicable). The Participant understands and agrees that ZEEL shall have full discretion, without informing the Participant, to change the form of Gratification and the Participant shall abide by ZEEL’s decision to this effect. 

20. ZEEL and/ or any other agency of behalf of ZEEL shall make only one (1) attempt to contact the Winner by phone / direct messaging / WhatsApp message to the Winner. In case the Winner(s) fails to respond within 24 hours, the selection of that particular Winner shall be invalidated and ZEE at its sole discretion may select another Winner from amongst the eligible Participant(s) who qualify as per the criteria stated above to receive the Gratification. ZEEL shall not be responsible or liable for any technical disruption and/or failure/ and/ or any other difficulties of such nature, due to which the Winner is un-reachable, due to which ZEEL is unable to intimate the Winner. 

21. It is clarified that Gratification given to the Winner by ZEEL is non-transferrable, non-exchangeable and personal in nature, hence the Winner cannot transfer the opportunity to any other person. Winner agree and undertakes that no alternative gratification/ opportunity will be given to the Winner and the Winner cannot exchange the opportunity given for any kind of gift with value. 

22. The Winner may have to sign one or more release forms or other relevant documents as required by ZEEL in order to receive the Gratification from ZEEL.

23. Grounds for disqualification for the viewers to participate in the Contest :

    1. Participants who are not eligible to participate in the Contest including due to disqualification due to factors of age, residence in any other state except West Bengal, Orissa, Sikkim, Assam, Meghalaya, Tripura, Arunachal Pradesh or submitting Valid Entry after the Contest Term expires.

    2. Circumstances which, in ZEEL’s view, renders the Participant unfit to vote therein

    3. Non-confirmation to comply with the rules and regulations as specified herein by ZEEL.

    4. If the Participants have acted in any manner detrimental to the reputation and goodwill of ZEEL, Zee Bangla and the event. 

    5. For any other reason as ZEEL may deem fit and proper in its absolute discretion.
       

24. It is clarified that the ZEEL’s decision and prerogative in regard to this Contest for this Program shall be full and final and cannot be challenged by anybody including the participants etc for any reason whatsoever

25. The decision of ZEEL on all matters, queries and/or disputes regarding this Contest through the Entry portal for the Program and the terms and conditions as recorded herein / governing the Contest shall be full, final and binding on the Participants and no correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.

26. Employees and/or relatives of the employees of Zee Bangla channel, ZEEL and its associate companies, group companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, holding companies including the sponsors of the event and their relatives are not eligible to participate in this Contest.

27. If ZEEL has to suffer of any adverse consequence in respect of using of any illegal means adopted by the Participant for the Audition / Valid Entry in this Program, then the Participant shall be penalised for the same in a manner as ZEEL may deem fit. 
    

28. All disputes arising out of or related to this Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Kolkata alone to the exclusion of all other courts and subject to the laws of India only.

29. By participating in the Contest for this Program, each Participant acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions contained herein.

30. The duration and other rules/regulations of this Contest for this event shall be at the discretion of ZEEL only.

31.  Other Conditions apply

(a) electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or other computer- or communications-related malfunctions or failures of the Entry Platform; 

(b) any disruptions, injuries, losses or damages caused by events beyond the control of ZEEL.
 

Purchase Bill Submission & Zee Bangla Disclaimer

As a condition of participation in the “Raymond Stylish Nayok” campaign, participants must upload a valid purchase bill issued by an authorized Raymond store. This submission is strictly for verifying eligibility and authenticity of participation.

Zee Bangla acts solely as an execution partner for this campaign and is not a party to any commercial transaction between participants and Raymond Limited or its authorized stores.

Zee Bangla does not collect, store, or verify purchase-related data and disclaims all responsibility for the accuracy, authenticity, or acceptability of purchase bills uploaded by participants.

Zee Bangla shall have no liability whatsoever for any disputes arising from:

a) The validity or rejection of purchase bills or campaign entries due to improper, incomplete, or invalid documentation;

b) Customer dissatisfaction with purchased products, pricing, or in-store service;

c) Any technical failures, errors, or delays in uploading or processing purchase bills.

All concerns, queries, or disputes regarding purchase bills, acceptance criteria, or store-level issues must be addressed directly with Raymond Limited or its authorized representatives.

By participating, individuals agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless Zee Bangla from any liability, loss, damage, or claim arising from or related to the purchase bill submission process.

Zee Bangla makes no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, regarding the campaign, the purchase bills submitted, or the outcome of any participation. The channel makes no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, regarding the campaign, the purchase bills submitted, or the outcome of any participation. Zee Bangla disclaims all liability for any losses or damages resulting from participation or reliance on campaign information.

Zee Bangla does not retain any participant personal or purchase-related data. Any data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the privacy policy of Raymond Limited.
